Rent the Big Red Barn for Your Special Celebration

Would you like to host a reception at the Big Red Barn? Are you looking for a very country setting complete with roosters cock-a-doodle-doo-ing in the background? The Big Red Barn is perfect for a "chuck wagon" type event.

The Big Red Barn is available for rent to host your special celebration, May through August.

Barn accommodates 100-120 guests. Parking holds 50-55 cars. Approximately 2000sq feet is available for your use inside the barn, plus an additional 2200 sq feet around the covered porch of the barn.

Small white lights will be provided in and around the barn. Other props available include wine barrels and bales of straw.

Restrooms will be provided by Diamond Environmental or comparable company (trailer with porcelain fixtures, hot/cold water).

Hours 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
May set up the day prior to your event
Alcohol is not permitted
Bird seed is allowed (please no rice or confetti)
Candles are permitted if enclosed in glass; sparklers or other pyrotechnics are not permitted

Fees: $3500. A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to hold your date. Remaining balance due 15 days prior to your event. Security Deposit of $500 will be refunded within 5 days after event, as long as all cleanup is done and there is no damage to the premises.
